ABOUT ME
My Personal Journey to Health & Wellness
A little about me: My name is Shabnam but everyone calls me Shabi. Since when I was a child I used to get sick and deal with constipation even though my diet was Mediterranean in my family. When I came to America 20 years ago my constipation issues got worse due to the American diet. I gained weight and always felt bloated and unhealthy. One day I decided It's time to make a change I started to change my diet, doing yoga and exercising everyday but I believed there was still something missing my body needed that's when I got my first colonic from my mother in law and afterwards I felt amazing and knew this was exactly what was missing on my health journey.
After that I knew it was my calling to help people with constipation and gut issues. I have been I-ACT Certified (International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy) for 5 plus years and I love helping people clean their colon and make healthy lifestyle choices when it comes to their health and wellness journey.
Every Day, A Better You.

“I was not only passionate about educating & healing myself, I was determined to help other people suffering in the same way.”

My Personal Health Routine
People often say to me, “What do you eat?” & “Your diet must be perfect!”
Of course, I try my best to practice what I preach, but I’m certainly not perfect!
I’m happy to say that this work never feels like a ‘job’ to me, I really do count myself lucky that I get to do work that I’m truly inspired by.
WHY do I love my job?
Many reasons- I honestly think the world would be a much happier place, if everyone would find whatever way works for them, to keep their colons clean & happy.
Colonics help most people feel really good! My clients are awesome & fun, & I have a high level of satisfaction from the job I do. It is so nice when people come in feeling one way & leave feeling so refreshed! New clients often don’t realize that they are carrying around so much in their gut. I think of it as a large suitcase, that you didn’t know you were carrying around with you. You don’t know what it feels like to let it go, until you actually drop it! It is wonderful to help people drop their baggage.
