APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unexpected situations may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request at least 48 hours notice whenever possible. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client.

DEPOSITS

Deposit Required $45 for colonic session.
Deposit Required $60 when booking two or more services.


ALL DEPOSITS ARE APPLIED TOWARD YOUR SERVICE(S) AND SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

 IMPORTANT POLICIES 

1. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 48 HOURS
Any appointment canceled, rescheduled, or missed within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit or reserved session.

If you choose to rebook, a new deposit will be required to reserve another appointment.

2. MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
In the event of a documented medical emergency, management may review the situation on a case-by-case basis. A doctor’s note may be required

3. NO CALL / NO SHOW
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
If a package session is reserved, one session will be forfeited.
Future appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking.

4. LATE ARRIVALS
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be accommodated due to scheduling constraints. In such cases, the appointment will be considered a missed appointment, and the deposit or reserved session will be forfeited.

5. APPOINTMENTS BOOKED WITHIN 48 HOURS
Appointments booked within 48 hours of the scheduled service time, as well as appointments offered from the waiting list, require full payment and cannot be canceled or rescheduled

6. EXCESSIVE RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling more than three consecutive times may result in the loss of the deposit or session reserved for that appointment.
