We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is therefore requested that if you must cancel you appointment you provide us with 48 Hours notice.
This will enable for another client who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that appointment slot. With cancellations made less than 48 hours notice, we are unable to offer that time slot to other clients.
- A $45 deposit is required for booking a colonic.
- A $60 deposit is required when booking for two OR more services.
All deposits will go toward your service/services and secure your spot.
Last Minute Cancellations/ Missed Appointment & Running Late
- Any appointments canceled within 48 hours will lose the deposit or the session (if paid in full amount)
If a client wants to rebook again, they will need to pay another booking fee to reserve the spot.
- If a client reschedules within the 48-hour policy due to a medical emergency, she/he needs to provide a letter from the doctor and will only be charged the last-minute cancelation fee to keep the session if already paid the full amount or use a session from the package.
- No call, no show, your deposit will be non-refundable and non-transferable & if already signed up for the package, it will result in a loss of session.
* We will require full payment of service before rescheduling again.
- If a client runs more than 15 minutes late, his/her appointment will be automatically canceled and will need to pay another booking fee to rebook.
- If a client has been asked to come in 15 minutes early prior to the appointment and confirms but does not show up on time, his/ her session will be cut short for the amount of time they are late.
- Any appointments booked in less than 48 hours & clients on waiting list are:
* Required full amount
* Can not be rescheduled or canceled
- Rescheduling more than 3 times in a row will result in the loss of a session or a deposit that was left for the session.
